1. Browse through Toys Catalogue and build your toys wish list (keep minimum 3-4 toys in your wish list)
2. Choose your membership plan as per your need
3. Place your request through Order Now form
4. Rentoys will call you back to confirm your order and deliver the toys at your door step

There are no delivery charges. Rentoys is committed to make your experience hassle free. Once you place an order online, Rentoys will confirm your order and the toys will be delivered at your door step free of charge.

You can. Call Rentoys and inform about pick-up date/time. However we encourage our members to take advantage of our free home/pickup delivery option.
Q. If my child likes the rented toy, can I make an extension? Go to top
A.
You can keep the toy as long as you want, only if other members haven’t requested for the same toy. By default the toys is rented for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 1 month. Call Rentoys care and we will help you with extensions.
Q. Can I book the toys in advance? Go to top
A. You can book the toys in advance to avoid any wait time. Call Rentoys or use order form and we will help you with your advance booking. We issue toys in order of booking. In case of newly added toys, we publish the details in a month in advance.

Cash/Cheque on delivery and online payment using credit card/ debit card/ bank transfer.

A. Two ways to order the next toys
1. Look at the Toys Catalogue and send your new toy details through order form.
2. Look at the Toys Catalogue and call Rentoys Customer Care in your city to place an order

A. Yes. The deposit is completely refundable. The deposit amount depends on the kind of plan you select. See the details on Packages.

A. No. Rentoys plans are unlimited usage. Call Rentoys and inform about extension.

A. Rentoys gives utmost care to your child safety. We ensure toys safety in every possible ways.
1. We clean, sanitize and shrink wrap toys after each use.
2. Rentoys keeps only branded toys like Fisher-price, Funskool, Playshool, Vtech, Okplay etc, the brands that ensures safe toys.

A. Rentoys is a eco-friendly concept where toys are reused among members. We request you to dry clean the toys before you return.
Q. What if a toy breaks or parts of a toy are lost? Go to top
A.
Rentoys keeps only branded, durable & toys with less number of parts that is difficult to damage. However in case the toy is broken or any part is lost then Rentoys try to replace the broken/lost parts and charge the replacement parts only. In case we are not able to replace the parts, the cost of the toy (depending on toy’s’ condition) would be borne by the member.

A. Rentoys offer you a Trial Pack, in case you would like to feel the value add before you sign up for longer association. The period of trial pack could be maximum of 1 month. This is also good to meet your toys need, In case you are expecting little visitors during vacations.

Q. Can I buy the toys that I have rented? Go to top
A. Call Rentoys and we will help you with your purchase. Being a Rentoys member, you have an option to buy the  same toys or we can help you purchase fresh pieces of the same toy and you can also avail of attractive discounts.

A. Rentoys is currently evaluating toys that you can rent for party occasions like birthdays etc.
Q. How soon I can expect to get my deposit money back, in case I decide to discontinue my association with Rentoys? Go to top

Write an email to Customer care in your city and inform us of the same. Rentoys would schedule the pickup of the toys. Once toys are received back to the inventory, we will be checking the condition of the toys. After the verification, the deposit money would be  couriered to you by a cheque in 3-4 days time. Please inform us of the new address, in case of any change.

Q. What is the definition of toy usage? Go to top
A. Toy Usage is defined as total number of toys that can be used by the member during that period. For example - in Silver - 3 months package, you are entitled to use total of 5 toys. Your membership expires whichever reaches first i.e. toy usage or months.
Q. The toy delivered to me is not in working condition. How should I inform Rentoys? Go to top
A. Rentoys recommend to check the toys at the time receiving and inform us within 24 hours, if it's not in working condition. You can notify Rentoys by sending email to customer care. Any damages notified post 24 hours would be considered as damage at customers side and cost of repairing/buy would be charged to the customer.
